At SARA Traders, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times displayed at checkout.

🔹 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details when your order has shipped.

Please note: There may be potential delays during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to issues with postal or courier services that are beyond our control.

🔹 Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship all domestic orders via India Post Speed Post. Shipping charges are calculated based on distance and weight. Below is the current rate chart (as of May 2025):

Local (Within Municipal Limits):

Up to 50 grams: ₹18
51 to 200 grams: ₹30
201 to 500 grams: ₹35
501 to 1000 grams: ₹47

For distances between 1001 and 2000 kilometers:

Up to 50 grams: ₹41
51 to 200 grams: ₹71
201 to 500 grams: ₹94
501 to 1000 grams: ₹142

For distances above 2000 kilometers:

Up to 50 grams: ₹35
51 to 200 grams: ₹70
201 to 500 grams: ₹90
For every additional 500 grams or part thereof: ₹50

🔹 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Important:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
